Buyers keep invoices (for customers). When you want to return goods, the product must remain intact (not need to be original stamp but still over 95%).
Specific payback policy:
Customers can exchange and return goods in the following cases:
+ Product is lost by the manufacturer
+ The goods are not standard, model as you order
+ Not enough quantity, not enough as in the order
+ The external condition is affected such as tearing the packaging, peeling, breaking …
+ Change the product exactly as you have set, not allowed to change products not the same.
